In the highest part of Benecko, on the edge of the forest and with views of the landscape, Tři boudy was created – modern mountain apartments for those seeking peace, space, and comfort away from the hustle and bustle of large resorts.
Benecko, located at an altitude of around 900 metres, is known for its clean mountain climate and peaceful atmosphere. Thanks to its location, it offers ideal conditions for relaxation, regeneration, and an active time in nature.

Warm up in our luxury sauna, let the steam work its magic, and switch off from the world around you for a little while. At Apartments tři boudy, you can enjoy a pleasant private wellness experience, subject to prior reservation.

The apartments have generous design, with an emphasis on comfort and practical facilities for your stay. You will find plenty of room, carefully designed storage spaces, and equipment that makes you feel at home right after arrival — just with the mountains outside your windows.
If you are planning to come with friends, Apartments tři boudy offer a spacious lobby with a fireplace, where adults can sit and relax while children play in the kids’ corner. They may enjoy the toys, building blocks, and board games. Your dog is welcome too.
We believe guests will appreciate their own parking space and a private lockable storage area for skis, bicycles, and other sports equipment.
The grounds include an outdoor children’s playground and a fire pit with seating.
