Cancellation Policy
If a confirmed reservation is cancelled, the accommodation provider is entitled to a cancellation fee as follows:

| More than 15 days before arrival | No cancellation fee |
| 14 to 8 days before arrival | 50% of the total price of the stay |
| 7 days or less before arrival or no-show | 100% of the total price of the stay |
The day of cancellation is considered the day the cancellation notice was delivered to the accommodation provider via email or another verifiable method.
In the event of early termination of the stay by the guest, there is no entitlement to a refund for unused services or any part thereof.
Bad weather, unfavorable snow conditions, power outages, internet or mobile signal failures caused by circumstances beyond the control of the accommodation provider, such as storms, gales, or distribution network failures, are not grounds for cancellation, withdrawal from the contract, or for providing a discount on the accommodation price.
Similarly, there is no entitlement to a refund of the price or any part thereof in the event of an earlier termination of the stay by the guest.
