Apartmány tři boudy were created for moments of relaxation, quality time with family, and stays in one of the areas with the cleanest mountain air in the Czech Republic.
We believe you will enjoy the best that the mountains have to offer here – peace, nature, space to breathe, and time to be together.

To make everything as easy as possible for you, we have prepared a short stay guide. In it, you will find a brief and clear overview of everything important that might come in handy at Apartmány tři boudy.
Stay
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
Evening arrival is not a problem by prior arrangement; please contact us approximately one hour before arrival at +420 774 240 222. Parking is available in the building’s underground garage. Each parking space has its own cellar locker.
Please complete check-out by 10:00 AM. If you need more time, you can book a late check-out online as an additional service.
Wi-Fi is free throughout Apartmány tři boudy. Please log in to “Wifi – free”. Generally, making mobile network calls is more difficult here (as elsewhere in the mountains). We help ourselves by using WhatsApp or FaceTime calls.
Apartmány tři boudy uses a self-service reception. To obtain the PIN for building entry, you must have a completed online check-in and a paid reservation. The PIN will be displayed in the Alfred app. The PIN is five digits long and must be confirmed with the “ü” button.
The apartment key is safely stored in a key box at the apartment entrance. To open the key box, use the PIN provided in the email you receive before your stay begins. The key in the key box opens the apartment and the cellar locker for skis and bikes. The cellar lockers are located by the parking spaces in the underground garage. After your stay, please leave the apartment key in the key box again or in the cellar locker door. Thank you.

Parking and Transport
Apartments have one parking space available in a spacious underground garage. If you need to arrive with two cars, you can also park outside, about 50 m from the building in our reserved parking lot. You can comfortably enter the underground garages with a van with a roof box.

Apartmány tři boudy are at an altitude of about 850 m; in winter, the last 500 meters to us can be challenging. Cars with 4×4 drive and good winter tires will make it up comfortably; otherwise, we recommend packing snow chains.
Skis, Bikes, and Sports Equipment
A lockable cellar locker is located directly by the parking space (except for lockers 16 and 18). You can store skis, bikes, and other sports equipment in heated ski boxes and on the prepared bike hooks. The locker also fits a bike rack. A maximum of 5 bikes (2 adult and 3 children’s bikes) can fit in the cellar locker. To charge e-bike batteries, use the socket in the cellar lockers.
Wellness
Treat yourself to a moment just for you.
Warm up in our sauna, let the steam work its magic, and switch off the world around you for a while. Here, you can enjoy a pleasant wellness experience in private – in peace, without haste, and away from the hustle and bustle.
You can book wellness every day between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM
The service is subject to a fee. A group of up to 6 people is ideal.
Sheets and wellness towels will be prepared for you in the wellness area. Please leave the towels from the apartments to rest in your room.

Grilling
For lovers of grilling and outdoor seating, we have prepared a fire pit with pleasant seating in front of the main building.
Please use this designated spot for grilling and starting fires to ensure the stay is safe and pleasant for all guests. Apartmány Tři boudy are located within the Krkonoše National Park (KRNAP).
As a small gift from us, wood is prepared in the woodsheds by the seating area. Just make yourself comfortable and enjoy a mountain evening.
Children and Other Pets
Families with children are very welcome here. For your little ones, we are happy to lend you a travel cot with a mattress or a high chair for free. And if an accident happens, let us know; we will prepare replacement bedding or a blanket for you.
We are happy to prepare a cot for you, but we do not have our own children’s pillows, duvets, and bedding available. We therefore ask that you bring your own bedding for the baby that they are used to. Thank you for your understanding.

For longer stays, you can use our laundry room in the back for free. Please bring your own laundry detergents that you are used to and that suit you.
Children can let off steam at the well-equipped playground, which features a trampoline, swings, and a children’s carousel. And when the weather doesn’t allow for outdoor play, children can explore the toys in the kids’ corner while you have a coffee in the lobby. For older ones, we have an Xbox prepared on the TV in the common room (password: 4444).
For longer stays, it is possible to use our laundry room in the back by arrangement.
If you plan to arrive with your pet, please let us know in advance. Well-behaved pets are welcome here. Just add the “Pet” service when booking, or do so later in the Alfred online check-in app. Staying with a pet is subject to a fee due to the increased cleaning requirements after the stay.
Practical Information
The apartments are equipped with Nespresso Original capsule coffee machines. As a gift from us, you will receive a set of capsules for your first moments with a worry-free cup of coffee.
Before Departure
Before you leave, we ask for a few small things that will help us prepare the apartment for the next guests:
- wash used dishes,
- take out the trash (the place for disposing of mixed and sorted waste is next to the underground garage entrance),
- turn off lights and appliances,
- close windows and the apartment entrance door,
- leave used towels in the bathroom,
- please report any damage or defects that occurred or that you noticed during your stay.
- take food and open drinks with you or dispose of them.

Where to Buy Groceries
For convenient shopping right to the apartment door, you can use Rohlík.
To top up small supplies directly in Benecko, Potraviny Skalka is open, 5 min by car towards the central parking lot. During the season, they are open Monday to Saturday 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Saturday only until 12:00 PM, and closed on Sunday.
For larger supplies, you will need to head to Vrchlabí or shop on your way to us. On the way here, you can use shops in these towns:
- Nová Paka – LIDL
- Vrchlabí – LIDL, Kaufland, Penny Market
Food Delivery to the Apartment
If you don’t feel like cooking after a trip, you can use dinner delivery from Vrchlabí: (both tested by us)
- Bueno Burger & Pizza Vrchlabí – burgers and pizza; Bueno restaurant offers online or telephone ordering.
- La Mia Pizza Vrchlabí – Italian pizza with the option of pickup or delivery around Vrchlabí and the surrounding area.

Where to Go for Food, Coffee, or Something Sweet
- Kněžická chalupa – a wonderful excursion restaurant in a beautiful setting above Vrchlabí, suitable after a walk or trip.
- Chata Tereza – a stylish restaurant in Vítkovice on Janova Hora; it is necessary to make a reservation by phone in advance.
- Občerstvení Rovinka – a popular tourist snack bar on the route from Benecko.
- Farma Steak & Fish Restaurant – a restaurant in the center of Vrchlabí focused on steaks, fish, and overall higher quality ingredients.
- Botta Caffe – a restaurant and café in the center of Vrchlabí, suitable for lunch, dinner, and coffee.
- Kavárna 7 štítů – a cozy café in Vrchlabí in one of the oldest houses in the town.
- Coffee Láffka – a modern café and coffee shop in Vrchlabí.
- Kozí plácek 127 – a vegetarian restaurant in Vrchlabí, suitable for a lighter lunch.
